Description
This painting is of main st Stafford Springs Ct. in 1955. I had some old photos I used as reference so the stores you see were actual businesses at the time. None of these exist anymore but I went into these as a kid. I used a little artistic license and added people going about their daily lives. It was a lot of fun doing the research and doing the painting.
